Bausch is currently seeking a hands-on Cloud Engineer/Architect with a strong focus on AWS. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions and execute on deliverables.
This is hybrid/remote role out of the Bridgewater, NJ HQ.
Extensive experience with designing, implementing and managing systems/applications in an enterprise cloud computing environment
Overall 15+ years of experience working in IT and at least 5-7 years of experience building cloud architecture with AWS and Azure
Experience in creating and managing technology road map for overall cloud strategy.
Experience designing and deploying IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions
Experience deploying relational and NoSQL databases in cloud
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD with DevOps, Automation, and Orchestration
Working knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices
Working knowledge of cloud networking including load balancers.
Experience writing effective PowerShell scripts
Experience with cloud native tools such as Log Analytics, Application Insights, AWS cloud watch and cloud trial etc
Working knowledge of at least one configuration management tool, such as Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet
Experience with Azure Resource Templates
General understanding of Microservices, such as Docker and Kubernetes preferred
Experience writing cloud architecture technical documentation
Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines with limited supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Azure and AWS Architect profession certification is preferred.
